• We had original 100 y/o cast iron under our basement slab and Boston Pipe Lining handled the stretch from the house to the street. It was 12 feet underground which would have been astronomically expensive to dig. The price was fair and they were extremely professional. Travis and his team were in and out in less than three hours and there was not a single issue with the process. I'd strongly recommend them.

• Ongoing root issues in our sewer line! Travis and crew came out- on time, were quick, and cleaned up. He shows you (and emails) the video feed from the finished work. NO complaints. Highly recommend.

• After weeks of trying to find the right company, multiple estimates, and a genuinely difficult sewer situation, Boston Pipe Lining was able to install one continuous liner to the street. I had a failed backwater valve, sewage backup, significant groundwater intrusion (nearly 2 feet), and a very complicated double wye buried under concrete and rock. Most companies either couldn’t fully make sense of the system or told me pipelining through the double wye wasn’t possible. This company was able to make sense of the setup quickly, and the plumber they worked with identified the double wye almost immediately. Their quote was also the clearest and most detailed I received, which helped me research my options thoroughly and make the best-informed decision for a complicated project. They were the most reasonably priced company I spoke with, and throughout the process Travis was knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly committed to keeping projects moving efficiently while balancing a busy schedule. They also use Intuit for payments, which made handling a large payment much easier since I didn’t have to deal with cashier’s checks, debit card limits, or additional surcharges. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the work they did.

• Boston Pipe Lining Company came quickly to assess the situation and give me a quote, and got my sewer line fixed quickly with no hassle. It took far less time than I expected for them to line my pipe. Travis was very friendly and honest.

• I recently had an issue with my shower and bathroom sink draining slow and backing up. I contacted Boston Pipe after researching online and I’m glad I did. Mike did an excellent job in resolving the issue and no mess was left behind when he was done. Great price, very professional and great work. Highly recommend

• Live on the west side of Milton, MA. We have had root issues for years. We used to have a guy come and scrape it with a router every 2 years, but eventually that was not working. Travis at East Coast Pipelines working with Boston Pipelining company came to scope our sewer line after a year since last. With the new root growth we decided to line it. They came back a week later, got a seemingly good deal compared to the quote the year before. Travis and his assistant were very professional and efficient. Let me know exactly what they needed from me and what would happen. Even found a second access point in my sewer line and helped me clear it to access. Lining went well. A year later all is well. I am tempted to scope it again to be sure its fine, but probably save the money.

• Travis and his team helped me with an emergency sewer line repair at my home. They offered a fair quote for 70 feet of pipe lining, arrived on time at 6:30AM to begin the repair, and were done by early afternoon the same day. Travis and his crew are experts who care about the quality of their work and will make sure to take care of you as their customer. I hope I never have to deal with this type of emergency again, but if I do I would go back to these guys immediately. Thanks for saving my basement fellas.

• Travis and his team were excellent to work with. We had a several cracks in our sewer line and Travis came out to camera the line, advised us on the best path forward (we had to complete a spot repair for a collapsed area prior to lining). The quote was sent in a timely manner, all questions were answered completely, they arrived on time and worked efficiently. I couldn’t recommend the team more.

• The whole operation from start to finish was professional and easy to deal with. They came out quickly, quoted me a good price and got the job done on time and under budget. They explained everything to me and assisted me with the Boston Water and Sewer rebate program.

• I just had Travis and his great crew line over 40 ft of lateral pipe at my home. From start to finish it was a great experience; they perfectly repaired my pipe without digging or disruption. Other companies had given me quotes for over $12,000 to replace just 8 feet of pipe along with the prospect of demolishing my front porch. I am so glad that I wisely chose to have Boston Pipelining Company do the work. It only took three hours and a reasonable cost to repair my pipe. I couldn’t be happier!

• We had a long, drawn out problem involving 8 other neighbors on a 100+ yr old shared sewer line, and a complex root & damaged pipe to deal with. Travis and his team diagnosed the problem, fixed multiple ancillary issues, eventually lining the pipe to solve them. Worked closely with me as I negotiated amongst multiple neighbors, was very responsive, helpful, and incredibly efficient when the time came to do the work. Walked through every step, documented everything meticulously for me & my neighbors, and was always very pleasant & professional to work with. I can highly recommend Travis and his team for your sewer project, and I would use them again anytime on other locations as needed.

• Just had the best experience with Boston Pipelining. We were experiencing serious drainage issues from our shower, sink, and pipes. This company's team showed up first thing in the morning and fixed the issues within a few hours. We asked about unclogging the drains and the owner drove all the way back to Quincy to get the right tools to snake our drains for us. I would recommend this company for any issues with drainage, pipes, etc! THANK YOU!!

• Boston Pipe Lining Company did a great job for me. I was totally unaware of the problem and how to fix it. They led me through the process and put me in touch with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission to take advantage of the reimbursement availability. They also had the lowest bid of those I received

• Called East Coast Pipelines and was redirected to Travis and Boston Pipe Lining Company, to address our main sewer line. We had root penetration in multiple spots creating backups. Called Monday morning, had our plumber speak to Travis and let him know what was going on. Received a quote Monday afternoon. Flash forward 2 days later to Wednesday, Travis and his crew were at our property at 7 am. By 10 am the job was complete. I couldn't be happier with the peace of mind.

• I don't leave reviews, but I'm taking the time to do this because they deserve it. Great people doing an honest and excellent job. The best communication and fast service. They took care of everything including dealing with the town inspector and made it easy. I got to them through my trusted contractor so I knew they would be good. We were totally panicked after getting a completely ridiculous quote from Roto-Rooter and these guys saved the day.
