Randolph trenchless sewer repair
We set the scope of your Randolph sewer repair from a camera recording: how much of your pipe needs lining, where we can reach it and whether any section needs a spot repair first. You see that plan before we start.

We connected our camera van through a sewer access opening on our South Boston job.

Access and scope
We plan your Randolph repair around where we can reach your sewer.
Your repair scope comes from three things: the length of damaged pipe, where we can get our camera, cleaning and lining equipment into it, and whether any section has lost its shape. A basement cleanout, an outside cleanout or a small planned opening can each serve as your access point.
We put those on one plan for you: the run we line, the access we use and any spot repair a collapsed section needs. You compare that plan with other quotes knowing exactly what each one covers.
Length. The measured run of damaged pipe our liner renews.
Access. The cleanout or planned opening we use for each step.
Exceptions. Any collapsed section that needs a spot repair before lining.
Slide across these pipes to see the runs we renew from one access point.
Each lined run below was reached from its end, the way we reach yours from a cleanout or opening.

We line your cracked clay sewer once the roots are out.Your recording sets the run length; your liner covers the cracks along it.
We scope and line your Randolph sewer in five steps.

We find your access points and record your sewer.
We locate your cleanouts and record from them, measuring each section’s length and diameter.
Hydro jetting
We clean the run we plan to line.
Cleaning lets our camera see your pipe wall and confirms our measurements.

We install your liner from the agreed access.
We invert the resin-saturated liner from the cleanout or opening we showed you on your plan.
Curing the liner
We cure your liner along the planned run.
The resin hardens into a new wall over the length your plan covers.

We record the result against your plan.
Our final recording shows the full lined run and any branch we reopened.
These findings change the scope of your Randolph repair.
Each one affects how much we line, where we work from or what comes first.
Camera inspectionSpot repair first
A section of your sewer has collapsed.
We repair that spot first, which can need a small opening, then line the rest when it holds its shape.
Camera inspection
An offset may stop our liner.
Our camera shows whether your liner can pass it. If it cannot, we repair the joint before lining.
Before lining
Roots fill your pipe end to end.
We cut them out before we can measure your run or line it.
Before lining
Your lateral is corroded from the house to the street.
We line a long corroded run in one piece when our camera shows it holds its shape from end to end.
Our Back Bay job
Planning access mattered as much as the liner on our Back Bay job.
In the Back Bay the owner’s cast iron lateral ran under a finished floor. We mapped its condition and connections with our camera before we opened access, then installed and cured the liner from inside and reinstated the connections.
That job is in Boston, not in Randolph. It shows how we decide the access point before anything is opened on your property.
Footage from our jobs
This is how our hose reaches a basement from our vans.
We recorded this walk on our Back Bay job. It shows the space our lining equipment needs between the street and your access point.
We walk from our service vans past the inspection and lining equipment to the basement window where our hose enters the house on our Back Bay job.

Randolph sewer facts
Randolph licenses the drain layers who work on its sewer connections.
Randolph is an MWRA sewer community. Its Department of Public Works Sewer Division takes applications for a drain layers license, with insurance and a performance bond, and its fiscal 2027 reconnection schedule lists a sewer permit and inspection fee. Ask us which of these applies to your sewer.
Your repair scope decides whether any of that applies. Interior lining through your cleanout keeps the work inside your building, while a spot repair at a collapsed section or work at your street connection can need town permits. Our recording shows which of those your sewer needs, and we tell you before we schedule anything.
Owners describe clear plans and quotes from our crew.
Our customers rate us 5.0 out of 5 from 56 Google reviews.
Travis and his team were excellent to work with. We had a several cracks in our sewer line and Travis came out to camera the line, advised us on the best path forward (we had to complete a spot repair for a collapsed area prior to lining). The quote was sent in a timely manner, all questions were answered completely, they arrived on time and worked efficiently. I couldn’t recommend the team more.
Kim D.Google review, Communicated the plan clearly and did everything they said they would on schedule and at the price they quoted.
WalkerGoogle review, I had a great experience with Boston Pipe Lining from quote to execution. Travis was a great communicator. He was flexible when we had to change the date of service. I am pleased with the outcome.

We answer questions about the scope of your Randolph repair.

What decides the scope of my Randolph repair?
The length of the damaged section, its diameter, any bends and connections, a collapsed spot and where we can reach your pipe. Our recording measures each of those.
Do you need to dig in my yard?
When your cleanout and your pipe’s condition let us line from inside, we do not dig along your sewer’s route. A collapsed section or a missing access point can need a small opening, and we show you where before we start.
Can you line part of my sewer and repair the rest another way?
Yes. One of our customers wrote that we recorded their sewer and advised a spot repair on a collapsed area before lining. We plan both repairs for your sewer from one recording.
Ask us to scope your Randolph sewer.
Tell us your street, where your cleanouts are and which fixtures are affected. We will tell you what we need to record.
