We record the inside of your sewer or drain so you can see roots, cracks, settled deposits and connections before you choose cleaning or lining.
We find out whether your backups come from your building sewer.
If fixtures drain slowly across a floor, your drains gurgle, you smell sewage or backups return after snaking, the cause can be your shared building sewer rather than one fixture trap.
Our camera shows whether you are dealing with grease buildup, a root mass, a cracked hub or a section of your pipe that has settled out of alignment.
We record your sewer as far as our camera can reach.
We push our camera through your reachable access points and record the pipe material, diameter changes, joints, branch connections and visible defects along the run we can reach.

We clean your sewer first when buildup blocks our camera.
Heavy grease, scale or root balls can cover our lens or stop our camera short of the problem in your pipe. When that happens, we clean your sewer line first so the recording shows its full length.
If our camera cannot pass a collapse or severe offset, we show you where the view ended, so your repair decision rests on what we actually recorded.
We use your recording to plan cleaning, lining or coating.
The lengths, diameters and defect locations in your recording set the size of your liner, show whether coating suits your branches and tell us where our inversion equipment can connect.
If another contractor already filmed your sewer, tell us when you contact us. We can review that video with you when it still shows your sewer's current condition.
We plan camera access and water use with you.
We need a reachable cleanout, drain opening or agreed access point to put our camera into your sewer. Tell us about finished floors, tenant schedules or fixtures that cannot be taken out of use so we can coordinate.

Should I wait for an emergency before filming?
No. If your symptoms keep returning, that is reason enough for us to film your sewer. Footage recorded early lets you plan your repair instead of reacting to a full backup.
Can you inspect after lining?
Yes. We can run our camera through your lined sewer to confirm the liner is open and its connections are clear when that check is part of your job.
Do I need a new visit if I already have video?
Not necessarily. Send us the file and tell us when it was recorded. If your sewer's condition may have changed or the camera never reached the problem area, we will recommend a new recording.
Will inspection tell me if lining is possible?
Our recording shows whether your pipe still has enough structure for CIPP or coating and where we can reach it. A collapsed or missing section of pipe needs a different repair.
How long will my camera inspection take?
Its timing depends on the length of your sewer line, its access and whether we need to clean it first. We can give you a clearer time window once we know your symptoms and property layout.
