Point 1: Camera inspection
We start at a cleanout.
A cleanout is an access fitting on your sewer. We feed our camera through it and record the line toward the street, so you see the same joints, cracks and roots we do before choosing a repair.

Cleaning versus lining
Cleaning restores flow and clears the camera view. It does not rebuild missing pipe wall where the sewer has structurally failed.
Lining adds a new cured pipe wall inside the existing sewer where the host pipe is still suitable. We use cleaning as a required preparation step before lining, not as a substitute for repair when the pipe is broken.
IllustrationCoating versus CIPP liner
A CIPP liner is a structural tube cured inside the sewer. Brush coating applies epoxy layers to the prepared wall of smaller drains and branches.
The camera findings, diameter and access points determine which approach fits each section of your system.
Services FAQ
Can I hire you for inspection only?
Yes. Many owners start with a camera visit to understand pipe condition before deciding on cleaning or lining.
Do you line every pipe you inspect?
No. We recommend lining only where the pipe structure and access support a cured-in-place repair.
